Gregg has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1980.  His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science with a Real Estate & Urban Development major from the University of Tennessee, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama.  He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a member of the Realtors National Marketing Institute.

Phil Williams, Broker Associate

Phil has over twenty-four years of experience and involvement in commercial real estate, concentrating in multi-family operations, management, and development.  For the past eighteen years, he has had his real estate license.  He attended the University of Alabama and the University of North Alabama, earning majors in Economics, Finance, and Accounting.  He concentrates on site selections for our "build-to-suit" clients, focusing on Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

Kimberly Pounders

Kim is involved in the property and asset management of Pounders & Associates, Inc.  Kim has a bachelor's degree from the University of North Alabama with a major in management.  Having been involved with the company since it's inception, Kim is a vital part of the organization.

Tina Potts

Tina is Administrative Assistant at Pounders & Associates, Inc., and also assists in the property and asset management of the company.  She has over twenty-five years in the secretarial and administrative fields, and has focused primarily in accounting and working directly with top management.  She has been employed with the company since March 2003.
