Gregg has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1980. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science with a Real Estate & Urban Development major from the University of Tennessee, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama. Gregg is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and is a licensed real estate broker in Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi and Indiana. Gregg serves on the Board of Directors for Southeastern Diabetes Education Services and is a member of the Shoals Chamber of Commerce.
Phil Williams

Phil has been a licensed commercial real estate broker since 1985. His expertise is in leasing, risk management, and development. Phil also concentrates on site selections for build-to-suit clients in Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. Phil attended the University of Alabama and the University of North Alabama, with majors in Economics, Finance and Accounting.

Kim is involved in the property and asset management of Pounders & Associates. Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Alabama with a major in Management. Kim has been a vital part of the company since its inception.
Justin Bishop

Justin joined Pounders & Associates in January of 2011 following four years with Coldwell Banker® Real Estate. Justin is a graduate of the University of North Alabama, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In addition to brokerage, Justin oversees marketing at Pounders & Associates. Justin is active in his church and community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Underwood Petersville Volunteer Fire Department.

Tina serves as the administrative assistant at Pounders & Associates, Inc. She also assists with property and asset management. Tina has many years of experience in administrative and secretarial duties, primarily in accounting and upper-level management. Tina joined Pounders & Associates in 2003.
